The Smart Cookie is your complete custom gift service. We design unique gift baskets and executive gifts. We also provide a variety of engraved items and sorority and fraternity gifts and paraphernalia. We make giving the right gift easy for you.

How long have you been in business?

We have been serving the community for over 10 years. We have a variety of clients, ranging from sons and daughters to civic club associations, high-level executives and city and state agencies.

What if I don’t know what items to give or include in a gift basket?

Don’t worry. That is what we are here for---we design the perfect basket or gift arrangement for your special occasion. All you have to do is tell us who it’s for, the occasion and when it should be delivered. We handle everything else. Each Smart Cookie creation is unique and a product of our design team’s excellent talent, vision and incomparable attention to detail and eye for perfection.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any
product, let us know and we will make it right!

How do I order a gift basket, executive gift or paraphernalia item?

It’s easy. Simply complete the appropriate order form and fax it to The Smart Cookie at (713) 667-6231 or email it to us shop@akaSMARTCOOKIE.com.

The Smart Cookie respects your privacy. Any information that you give us on the order form is held with the utmost care and security and will not be sold, rented or loaned to any third party. All of your personal information is confidential and will only be used to complete your order. If you are not comfortable ordering via fax or email, please call us at (713) 839-1886 and we will be happy to complete your order over the phone.

What are your hours of operation?

Our website and ordering process via fax or email is always open and available. Please call (713) 839-1886 or email us at shop@akaSMARTCOOKIE.com to visit our showroom. We check our emails regularly and will respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible.

What are your payment methods?

The Smart Cookie proudly accepts the following credit cards: Master Card and Visa. We also accept checks and money orders.

Please note that all orders are verified by address verification. Please use your complete billing address and phone number on your order form. If for any reason your address does not match, all orders will be placed on hold until we can verify this information. We take this step to protect ourselves and our customers from fraudulent activity on their credit cards.

Do you provide delivery or shipping?

Yes to both. We provide hand delivery to any location in the Houston metropolitan area for a nominal fee. We ship all other orders by US mail or UPS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. US mail offers delivery on a Saturday. UPS does not provide regular ground service on a Saturday or Sunday and does not deliver to a P.O. Box. UPS offers 2-Day or Next Day air service for an additional charge. Customers will be responsible for shipping surcharges incurred due to incorrect addresses being given on an order.

What about sales tax?

An 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order.
